Driving directions

From the South into Rockhampton
Follow the Bruce Highway into the City of Rockhampton until Fitzroy Street (McDonalds Family Restaurant). Turn right onto Fitzroy Street and proceed over the Fitzroy Bridge until on the northern side of bridge, turn left into Bridge Street and proceed along it until you come to a Mobil Service Station and the Rockhampton Caravan Park on the banks of the Fitzroy River, turn left into Reaney Street. Follow the signs to Callaghan Park Racecourse where you will see an archway leading into racecourse.

From the North into Rockhampton
Follow the Bruce Highway into the City of Rockhampton until you come to a set of lights near Stocklands Shopping Centre. Continue straight ahead along the old highway until the lights before the Fitzroy River Bridge, turn right into Bridge Street and proceed along Bridge Street until you come to a Mobil Service Station and the Rockhampton Caravan Park on the banks of the Fitzroy River, turn left into Reaney Street. Follow the signs to Callaghan Park Racecourse where you will see an archway leading into racecourse.
